|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account that's not a problem at all. Please click "Continue" on the left section under the "Don't have a PayPal account?" header and above the various card icons. Our software generates an order number specific to your purchase that will look something like : YK25DQ10000018. This is your order number if you need to contact us. The first two digits are usually the buyer's initials, followed by the second part of the buyer's postcode followed by a unique 8-9 digit number.
If you already have a PayPal account, please log on with your user name and password in order to quickly complete the transaction.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling|
All items over £50 within UK mainland are delivered FREE via CITY-LINK next day courier. We dispatch items daily Monday to Friday. Your order should reach us before 12:00PM for same day dispatch. If your item is sent on a Friday it will be expected to arrive the following Monday. We generally do not send items on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote UK areas such as the Scottish Highlands might experience extra 1-2 days.
A signature is required upon delivery. The courier will make two attempts to re-deliver your item after this time the customer is required to make contact with the courier company to arrange re-delivery of the parcel. Please note once the parcel has left our premises we can only change the delivery address for a £10 fee. Please ensure someone is in to accept your order. We reserve the right to re-charge for postage if your item returns to us undelivered.
When your order is ready for dispastch we will email you a tracking number. To check the status of your parcel, please go to either http://www.city-link.co.uk or www.royalmail.com and select their tracking option.
All deliveries to the USA and CANADA are via International signed for service or FEDEX next working day service. Generally, your item should arrive the next working day if it was shipped via Fedex although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping and you can check its status online at www.fedex.com . Royal Mail/USPS deliveries usually take 5-10 working days depending on season of purchase.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION - The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and handing fees which are liable once your package reaches the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information and more details.
All deliveries to the European Union are mainly via DHL but we also use FEDEX, TNT or PARCELFORCE depending on desination country. Some smaller items are sent via standard UK post "Royal Mail International signed for" service. Generally, your item should arrive within 3-5 working days if sent via a courier although this cannot be guaranteed. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping and you can check its status online at www.fedex.com . We post to GERMANY, SPAIN, DENMARK, FRANCE, ITALY, GREECE, BELGIUM, SWEEDEN SWITZERLAND, FINLAND, AUSTRIA and LUXEMBURG.
Note: Customers from SWITZERLAND and NORWAY are liable for all customs duties, taxes and handling fees
charged by the shipping agent.

All deliveries to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN, CHINA, HONG KONG & SINGAPORE are via either royal Mail International signed for service or via FEDEX EXPRESS for bigger items. Generally, your item should arrive within 7-10 working day although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping and you can check its status online at www.fedex.com .

All items are genarally in stock and ready for dispatch. In the exemption of your item not being in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
PLEASE NOTE: Your purchase is shipped from the UK thus international orders outside the EU are subject to the local duties and taxes.
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit "SSL - Secure Sockets Layer" encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Please look for the security padlock at the bottom right of your browser during checkout. Sensitive credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any part of our website. We do not store credit card numbers for both our and our customer's security.|

Grafea highly respects your privacy. In general, you can visit Grafea without revealing any information about yourself. We do collect information regarding visitors to our website. Some information is required in order to process orders, for example, we analyze this data for trends and statistics to help us provide you with a better service.
In order to process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card details. We do not store credit card details in our servers for our own as well our customer's security. If we need to contact you, we do so via email first or if unsuccessful or time is critical. by phone.

However, Grafea may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (for example, your credit card company or the courier that delivers your parcel.

There are times when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address and e-mail address. When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry, accept an order, conduct a survey or allow you to access specific information such as account information, etc. We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us.
All Grafea goods are covered by a 10 day money back return policy. If you are not completely satisfy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, we will fully refund the full sale price of the item. The cost of posting back the item is the responsibility of the customer and it is not refundable.
All returned items must be completely unused, in perfect condition and including all original packing material. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in case the returned item has clear signs of use or missing items such as lock keys and straps. We are unable to issue refunds after 45 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: In case of a faulty item, please notify us immediately within three days after you have received the item. We cannot issue refunds for faulty items that have been used. If an item has been used only repair will be offered within 12 months of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for sending the item back to us.
Normal wear and tear is not cover by this guarantee and we reserve the right to refuse a free repair service if an item has been misused.
Please notify us on sales[at]grafea.co.uk prior to posting the item back by including your full name, postal address and reason for return. You will then be required to send the purchased item(s) back using your order number as an RMA number which we kindly request you write it on the outside of the returned parcel.
Customers from outside the UK please clearly mark the parcel as "RETURN to SENDER" and tick the box "RETURN" on the customs declaration form otherwise WE WON'T BE ABLE to accept it due to import tax duties.
