UK DELIVERY NOTES

We dispatch items daily Monday to Friday. Your order should reach us before 12:00PM for same day dispatch. Online and telephone orders both are processed with equal speed.

Royal Mail's 1st class recorded service is not a guaranteed next day service. Please upgrade to CITY-LINK courier delivery if your order does not qualify for it and need your item urgently.

Orders shipped via CITY-LINK are delivered the next working day. If your item was sent on a Friday it will be expected to arrive the following Monday as we do not send items on Saturdays or Sundays. Generally orders placed after 12:00PM on a Friday are usually dispatched the following Monday.

CITY-LINK next working day service only applies to UK Mainland destinations. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote UK areas such as the Scottish Highlands usually experience extra 1-2 days .

Generally delivery for small items up to 0.5kgr is individually calculated depending on weight. Delivery charge varies from £6 to max £10.
This service usually takes 5-10 working days.

FEDEX EXPRESS - Next Working Day Courier
Typically larger items such as briefcases, rucksacks, holdalls etc are sent via FEDEX next working day service at £15 per item. Generally parcels arrive next working day to both the USA and CANADA. Customs clearance can delay the delivery of such items to a few days extra. Small items can also be sent using this service at £15 per consignment.

USA & CANADA DELIVERY NOTES

We do ship items daily Monday to Friday. Your order must reach us before 9:00AM GMT for same day dispatch.
Generally, your item should arrive the next working day although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping and you can check its status online at www.fedex.com . All deliveries require a signature so please provide an alternative address if you can't be in to accept the parcel between working hours.
